Come and enjoy the ancient art of bread making
Courses are run in our farmhouse kitchen by friend and baker, Michael Gardner, suitable for complete beginners through to the more experienced. During the morning we will be making a simple bread dough, a sweet winter loaf and the ever popular Chelsea buns. The course is inclusive of all the ingredients and you get to take home all your creations, recipes and methods used.
